DESIGN PHASE MANAGEMENT
CGA Project Management conducts a stakeholder review of all project documents at specific milestone or junctures in the design process, typically schematic, design development, bidding, construction and post-occupancy phases. CGA uses an iterative process to uncover potential problems. Our thorough value engineering strategies, help resolve critical issues, thereby avoiding hidden costs and lengthy delays. CGA believes value engineering applied during early design development phase results in greater control and more predictable outcomes, maximizing the owner’s construction investment.
